They may advertise but not engage members in discussion threads. You may receive some helpful comments from members with some knowledge of mineral sales but IMO there is no such thing as a "going rate". Each mineral tract is a unique case as to location relative to development activity, potential surface use value and the terms of a lease if the minerals are under lease. Good Luck.
