Have you leased? I am interested in working with EOG on access rights to Toledo Bend for the water but am making sure they will not hurt the land. They plan to frac starting February 8 and should be done in 2-3 weeks. I imagine there may be more fracs if the well is productive and they may lay a pad with multiple wells. But it remains to be seen. I think this is the well that Ellora started but Whitney/EOG now has over by Bear Creek. I bet the state of Louisiana kept them off that area so they came up the lake a bit to me. Do you know if J. W. has leased? The owner of the Jolly Roger leased for 5.5K an acre and 25% royalties. What other wells are in the immediate area? I am told the one up by Cow Bayou is a gusher.
