Does anyone know the status of this well (Hunter-Mannies)? There has been no update on Conservation web site since Dec. Also, does anyone know how long it will take to get a pipeline to 36-12-13 and 30-12-12?

Re 36-12-13: Who is the operator?

We have signed agreements for pipeline ROWs running N-S along the eastern edge of S26 and S35, 12N-13W.
One is with Louisiana Mid-Stream (Chesapeake), and one is with CenterPoint (is that ENCANA?).

The CenterPoint pipeline is being built as of this writing, coming down from HWY 175, crossing just west of the Mansfield Historical Site (Battle Park).

I believe that the Louisiana Mid-Stream(Chesapeake) is coming down just to the east of the Battle Park. About three weeks ago, it was completed as far south as the top of the Battle Park.

State Line is also planning to build a pipeline in that area, but I am unsure of the exact progress of that line.

There is a probability that wells in S36 will link laterally (E-W) with one of those pipelines immediately to the west. There are some obvious issues related to the problem of connecting pipelines to wells being drilled / completed within the Lignite Mining lease area.
JB, I show Chesapeake as the operator.

Centerpoint Field Services signed an agreement to provide the gathering and treating services for EnCana and Shell. So they will lay the gathering lines. They may gather some of the other operators production also.
