$800.00 to $1000.00 per rod.. Which pipeline would this be??

What type of pipeline would pay this amount?  I am sure it is not just a gathering line, which I think carries the gas from the well to a larger line.  Also, any info on the pipeline going in on Hwy 4, South of Ringgold would be appreciated.

YOU CAN BE SURE THAT THIS IS A LARGE DIAMETER PIPE. IT WOULD BE LARGER THAN 16 INCHES OR THEY ARE RUNNING MORE THAN ONE PIPE IN THE RIGHT OF WAY. ASK QUESTION AND MAKE SURE IF YOU SELL A RIGHT OF WAY FOR THIS PIPELINE MAKE THEM PUT IT IN THE CONTRACT. WHAT TYPE OF PIPE, SIZE, HOW MANY AND WHAT WILL BE RUNING THROUGH THE PIPELINE. YOU HAVE TO WATCH THESE GUY, THEY WILL LIE.
