How about an estimate of the average number of labor hours per month required to keep this site in good working order and weeding out the more questionable conversations and posts?

Renee - Not sure if you're looking for the way to "gift" or the terms of use. Here's one link ...

The "gift" feature is accessed by the small icon in the lower left corner of the gift box on your personal page. I found the link to the terms of use at the bottom of that page.
