I'm not quite sure what you're asking. I never said there wasn't oil production there. There just isn't a significant Anadarko operated oil producer, nor a smackover producer, in Harrison County. Several of there wells have oil production as they're cotton valley wells, but nothing over a few thousand barrels cumulative productions. My point being, the rumors our two board members have heard are nothing more than that.
There are Smackover producing wells throughout the northern counties of District 6 and there have been for some time. This isn't a new play by any means. The trick is finding it at the right depths (and other conditions) where you can make horizontal drilling economical.
