I too have wondered about that for a long time. We have been told that there is a fault line that we are dealing with in Shelby County. However, I've had varying degrees of: it's good to have a fault line; no it's not good to have a fault line. Wish I knew what the REAL answer is to this question as I have not been leased since July 2010.
