I have been trying to find out imformation about how long before we expect royalty ck on this well. Still haven't seen DO or heard anything from company. Well is showing completed in Apr. I talked with XTO they said still trying to clear titles.Is this common or normal process or should I be concerned. Just seems like a long time.
Tommy, it may be the titles. I heard from Mary and Bill that Jimmy's estate had not been cleared. I have given up on these guys. I guess the well will be played out by the time thye ever issue a check.
How are you doing? Give my best to the family. I hope to get down there to visit next year. Japan is just too far away.

Tommy, I got the DO letter from XTO about two weeks ago. They said that Chesapeake has 50% of the well and will also send us a DO. Have you heard from Chesapeake yet?
They have been over there maybe a month. They are drilling into section 29 should be done with it soon. They have our well shut in while they drill. If I hear anything else will let you know.
Steve got a check today from XTO
Tommy, XTO is doing good. Whats up with Chesapeake? They have not issued a DO yet. I called them about 10 days ago and talked to Courtney about the DO. She said that the letters were in the process and lawyers were reviewing them. She said the DO's were suppose to go out late January. Did you get one?
