The two are unrelated.  The state has requirements for reporting production.  There are none for Division Orders as that is between the lessee and lessor.  In most cases I think you will see production listed on SONRIS Lite long before you receive a Division Order.

How long does it take after well is completed to show up on SONRIS Lite

SONRIS Lite is currently showing well or unit production through June.
