Do we have this information available from somewhere else? The Tyler Paper gets it from someone, I would assume the TRRC, however I cannot locate it there either. Ideas from your end? Anyone one here have a contact within one of the news media out there in East Texas?

Tyler Paper gets the data from the RRC which anyone can do.  If you want to know about a Haynesville well I can probably help with that or I can tell you how to find what you are looking for.

Here's a link to the Kilgore paper.  They had a report this weekend but it's not as comprehensive as the Tyler column usually is:

http://www.kilgorenewsherald.com/news/2009-11-21/Sports/EAST_TEXAS_...

The East Texas Drilling Report is complied by Joyce Dukes Reporting Service of Kilgore, TX. I tried to contact them and the phone number is no longer working. Then I called the Tyler Paper and apparently it was published in the paper on Sunday. They did not know why it was not on the website.

On one of the fillings - the G-1 from August lists this well as shut in - note that it is the Hancock #2, the Hancock #1 is producing, albiet very small amounts of gas.

Others here might be able to provide more insight into your specific situation, but in general, I don't think there has been any substantial production from the Hancock #2 and the Hancock #1 is pretty minimal. IMHO, you might be getting a raw deal by someone holding that much lease on so little. Any chance you have a depth clause in your lease?
