Does anyone know why many wells in elm grove with township=16 and range=13

have expied?  EX. HOLT 32 240433  32,16n-13w, JEETER 24 240483  24, 16n-13w

COWLY 1 241023    01-16n-13w, DEBROECK  242037  033, 16N-13W.....ETC.

Have you looked to see if the sections have new permits pending, or Camterra or J-W Operating have re-applied to the LOC?

Your #242037 is being drilled...slowly worked. (Possibly wrong Serial # above).  And #241023 was for a second well, so HBP is in play and they can drill alternate wells anytime. 

Many different reasons for expired permits.  You can find info from calling Camterra or J-W Operating, they may offer to tell you something.  J-W has many expired permits. ???   HA wells are quite expensive and prices have tanked, so costs are getting in the way of drilling. 

Let us know if the Companies cough up any info for you.
