FYI:
My siblings and I have been tendered an offer via bank draft for our combined +/- 71-nma in the William Humpheries Survey, Abstract 138. About 1/3, is within the producing Ironosa; 2/3 lease expired and avasilable based upon my understanding. Drafts totaled $23,620 x 6 = $141,720 for entire interest. Proposed Purchaser: Triple-Crown Acquisitions, Tyler, Texas.
