what is that big piece of equipment by the fence? Do you get any royalty based on what the flare burned?

This well is on Scotty Beard Rd. I live on Wilkerson Rd. This thing has a tank and a lot of valves and looks like it has to be hooked uped to something. This is all new to me. I do know a little about drilling, not much but I would really like to know what is going on. The global people have been every where I see them in the mornings when I get gas. I asked one of them if they knew anything about that well and they said they were only surveying property. By road my house is about 1 mile from the site, from the woods it is only about a 1/4 mile. I have pictures of the flare one night from the top of my pool ladder. This is all so interesting to me. Thank you for responding!

I have tried to reply to you on your latest message but for some reason I can't. I just sent a friend request so maybe I can pm you as well! Thanks for your help!

Your lease probably doesn't provide for royalty on flared gas unless you added it in.

OT, but I passed the S. W. Henderson Hay 1H site at daybreak and there was a crew of some sort just arriving. I don't know what I'm looking at when it comes to all this 'stuff' they haul around but there was one long trailer with some sort of big reel in the middle of it and at least three trucks that I saw turn in. More were already on the pad. And a crane... I think (going by rather fast, dodging trucks, etc...).

Any word on future of Angelina County South Lufkin?
Our family has non-leased mineral acres in Chandler Johnson A-19.

Noticed a pipeline being constructed from the pad, across Wilkerson Road, heading south. Anyone know the particulars?

No ,But wish I did!

Is this close to Chandler Johnson A-19?
Is this part of Devon, and would this open up our land for leasing.

Mike,

Thanks, Mike! This information gives those of us in the adjoining area some hope. We all appreciate your comments.
