Thank you! I want to express my gratitude to you Gohaynesvilleshale for existing. You are providing a great service to all who are ignorant of this gas stuff (like me). I am living out my dream as far as my life is concerned. But, I am also pretty isolated and un-connected to the outside world and I like it that way. But, I really needed to find someplace to go for information on the subject.

I have learned that I am most likely sitting about two miles above something worth 25-35 mi. dollars to me, or my heirs. Maybe more. Yes, I learned this, and countless other things here on your site. Thus, it behooves me to learn all I can about how to protect it, how to best exploit it etc.

Without YOU, I think this job would have been next to impossible for me. So thank you and all the blessed posters who know their stuff and are so good about sharing it. Bless you all and seasons greetings. I hope 2008 is prosperous for us all.

Amen Pete! Well said, we all owe a debt of gratitude to "Haynesville" for setting up this site because almost all I have learned has been from this site and the resident experts. This site has changed the playing field, keeping the O&G's from keeping Joe Landowner in the dark to everything that is happening and what is "fair" and what is not. Once again Haynesville, thank you and may you and your family have a Merry Christmas and happy new year!
Pete. This time we spend together on GHS will provide many mineral owners with useful and, I believe, valuable information that will, at the very least, give a modicum of assistance to land/mineral owners regardless of the size and potential value of their mineral assets. The debt of gratitude that will be owed to Haynesville will be immeasurable. The value of the Internet as a means of communication is a tremendous boon to mankind. What we all accomplish as we interact together, share information, opinions and resources will be dissected and analyzed in the future. Because it is historic. And a model for future informational social networking nexuses. This is a turning point in the evolution of the exploration and production of mineral resources that will have a far reaching impact. For many generations. Not only in the wealth that will be accumulated by land/mineral owners who can successfully utilize what they learn here but in the dawning era of a more energy independent and secure American life. And in a more localized context, the communities and regions that will feel the direct economic impact of billions of dollars in investment and hundreds of thousands of good jobs. The economic benefits will span generations. And, to some degree, insulate us from the effects of the global economic roller coaster. It would take a separate post to recognize all the members who have contributed to the value of GHS. To them all I would like to express my personal thanks. They have taught me, challenged me and inspired me. I'm sure there will be several books and one or more movies about the HS play. And GHS will occupy a place of prominence in them all. It will take a long time to roll the credits if all who are deserving are included. Kindest regards and best wishes for an enjoyable holiday season and a happy and prosperous new year. Skip Peel
One small step for man, one giant leap for Shale-kind. Merci beaucoup, Haynesville, for providing us the opportunity to come together as a community to share our many talents. It's why I chose to return to the area over 30 yrs. ago and have chosen to remain. This site is an outstanding example of the hospitality of NW Louisiana and its ability to draw people from all over the globe to experience it.

I knew nothing when I started this journey, and even though I might not yet know enough I am better off than when I started because of GHS. Happy holidays Haynesville to you & yours, may you be blessed ten times ten thousand for what you've done for us.
Wait.. then he might have to represent some of us! LOL
T. As much time as he devotes to us inmates, I'm not sure that he will graduate. Much less pass the bar. I think he will just wind up a cyber mogul. At least from the look of all the new ads. The one I'm looking at right now, right next to the text box I'm typing in, is "meet Blake". "He's into soccer, guitar, and traveling. Blake's looking to meet some cool girls. meet him now at WooMe.com." WOOME.COM!!!!!!!!! I'm just thankful that it's cool girls that Blake is looking to meet. Hey, Keith this one's even better than the weight loss ads. I gave him some grief over that one. Claims he tried it and lost 10 pounds. LOL!
T. I doubt Keith cares about us staying on topic as long as we are talking about his ads.
And PS H - Congratulations! When googling haynesville shale, GHS comes up #2 on the list first page.
I agree, I have learned a lot from Go Haynesville Shale. I was working in Dallas area, and was able to keep up with what was going on in the Haynesville Shale from reading the site, then was able to get work in the Haynesville Shale through the site. Actually, I have gotten leads on a couple of jobs through contacts made on this site and made many many friends here. I even found an ex-boyfriend from 30 years ago and we e-mail back and forth on a regular basis now. And the stuff I have learned - some good - some bad (HA!!) Love GO HAYNESVILLE SHALE and Love the new Logo.
