Pipeline ROW Thoughts

It's been about 6 years since I had a pipeline ROW, so just trying to see what's the range per rod. 20 inch pipe and the width of pipeline is 50 ft. Any input appreciated.

I eould hold out for an annual lease. They will lie and tell you its only a one time payment but i have heard of others that got it
