Any process that uses what would be "waste" gas is welcome.  Electric fracking equipment (E-Frac) runs on natural gas and cuts completion costs.  Unfortunately it is a $60M investment to place one in service.  An investment that is beyond the reach of many companies that have been squeezed for years and now must face the down turn in well completions.

supercomputers are power hogs, and there is a nation-wide effort underway for COVID-16 research that is utilizing super-computing systems.  I doubt that any of those centers are too worried about power costs, but this is a fine gesture anyway.  Great PR.
