Folks --
I posted this information last week on several threads at this site. I (or my family, that is) have been offered $12,500 ac and 25% royalty for S30, T9, Sabine parish, by both EnCana and CHK. Section 18, T9 $16,000.00/ac 25% by CHK. This offer was made on 7/23. We are waiting this one out at the moment. Some members are a little antsy, but willing to wait for the time being.

Bossier Parish,T17N/11W S2 , offered $10,000ac/25% by PetroHawk, first offer, dated July 23.

Colquitt Rd. area west of Walker Rd. got $25000 per ac. from Chesapeake.This is a confirmation.

I can confirm this offer of 25000 and 25% as my husband and I signed last week for that price. We are in that Colquitt and Walker Rd. area:)
