Word is Chesapeak started drilling their Harvey #1H last week. I believe this is Chesapeak's first permitted horizontal Haynesville Shale well in Shelby County, Texas. If so and if you learn of any information please post here.

Also, if anyone has any recent information on Petrohawk's 2 wells (the Lane and Bowers) west of Tenaha please post here. Thank you.

Mark, information indicates Chesapeake's Harvey #1H was spud 3/5/09 with the Nomac #101 Rig.
I am also interested in information on the Lane and Bowers wells. Along the same lines, has anyone heard anything about the Mitchell Trust 1A (NFR Energy) in far west Shelby County? It is a vertical well permitted to 13,000 feet and was drilled a while back. It looks like Petrohawk has done some additional leasing around the Lane and Bowers wells and NFR has done the same near the Mitchell Trust well. I would think that is not a bad sign.
Where is the Harvey #1H located?
Permit says H. Ashabranner Survey, A-4. 8.5 miles NE of Center.
my mom has mineral rights in Shelby County, E. Texas that were leased in June 08 and were looking for information on the p.w. harvey survey. any info would be very much appreciated
i am looking for info on burton paul survey, about 5 miles north of huxley
