What lease bonus $$$ is acceptable for 2009... the following is how I see it.

Lease Bonuses::

2007.........$100 - $300 / acre leases..................way too low

2008.........$20,000 & up / acre leases...............evidently too high

2009.........$2500 - $10,000 / acre leases ........seems about right

Alright. A counteroffer of my liking or UMI HERE I COME! WOO-HOO!!!!
all I'm hearing so far in North Caddo Parish:

$1000 - 25%

$1500 - 221/2%

any more offers on record??
Ray-Cd3 - do you have a township and range for these offers?
Ray-Cd3. Can you share what company is making the lease offers you mention for north Caddo?
Twin Cities is the company making the paltry offers.
Thanks, Cathaus. And what area of north Caddo would that be? Got a S-T-R?
Cathaus and Skip, Twin Cities is making the same offer in DeSoto Parish. I'm not sure of the Section, Mansfield, 12 N, R13 and the offer is for 5 years.
Thanks, Sandstone. I am curious because I am not aware of any leasing offers by Twin Cities or any other company in north Caddo at this time. Considering recent results, I would be surprised if there is any interest at this time for tracts north of I-20.
I am in 18N-15W-R10.
Thanks, Cathaus. Yours is the first report of leasing in north Caddo I have had in two months. I haven't seen any new leases recorded with the Caddo Clerk in weeks but I haven't checked TC. I'll check it out.
Leased out T18 15W $2000 25% few weeks ago
