I would like to know also if anyone is leasing their land around Clarence and below towards Winn Parish. Would $4000 be a fair amount for this area? We have 200 acres of land in Ward 4 Section 10N 6W and Section 37 10N 6W.

The people in M'ville whose land extend into Sabine Parish are getting 12k+ for their Sabine property. Looks like the good offers haven't made it here yet.

Tip just this morning. Form letters were sent to local officials recently informing them the o/g men would be out knocking on doors within the next two to three weeks. I am in 8-8 of Natchitoches parish. This was from the mouth of local official that should know because the letter was snet to him.
