Burk Chesapeake Lawsuit

Anyone know if there was a resolution to the lawsuit Burk brought on CHK for canceling contact to acquire Shelby County East Stockman prospect and Foster Prospect? http://www.courthousenews.com/2008/10/27/BurkvChesapeake.pdf

desperately seeking shale----- I hear on the street from good source that the lawsuit Burk vs CHK has been settled involves the leases in Shelby County. The amount of $ confidential in the agreement but CHK will have 40% and will be the operator if and when drilling occurs. This should be good news for those who have leases with Unit Petroleun, Burk Royalty, and CHK in area of interest.
