No, those werent included on the file. I was looking for them too.
desperately seeking shale----- I hear on the street from good source that the lawsuit Burk vs CHK has been settled involves the leases in Shelby County. The amount of $ confidential in the agreement but CHK will have 40% and will be the operator if and when drilling occurs. This should be good news for those who have leases with Unit Petroleun, Burk Royalty, and CHK in area of interest.
