Any offers for Sec. 23, T11n, R12w? Or Sec. 10 ,T11n, R 11w?

There appears to be quite a bit of activity in both areas without a Haynesville well. Also, I would be interested in starting a group. Any takers? It seems to be the best initial step we can take.

Do you know if this will be a deep Haynesville well? No, I haven't leased yet. I think our area will be a sleeper section. Are you interested in forming a group?

I assume section 23? There has been a great interest in this section. I am currently in a holding pattern. There has been offers at $13,500.
