I spoke with him a while back and decided not to do business with him after talking to some folks. He was offering $27,000.00 and 27%. I sent him some info on the acreage we had but after investigating found that he signs folks on for 30 days then if he can find someone who will pay him more for the lease than he pays you, you get paid, if he cannot then he cuts you loose. I was not comfortable with putting my group in that situation so I let them know that I was going to pass on his offer and they agreed. He never got back with me either so that was that.

Yea Thats Ridiculous... It almost sounds like a Ponzi Scheme
