Foxie,

That's exactly what mama used to say when we'd go out in public.
And GoshDarn, how 'bout:

". . . And don't come home a-drinkin' -- with leasin' on your mind! . . .", or,

". . . I was unleased when unleased wasn't cool. . . "
Yes, CHK has gotten just about all the sections in 11 & 15 unitized (except those that are HBP). 16' pipeline crossing Roberts Road near David C."s house and going East and N/E crossing 763 near Doyle E."s place.
Gingles,

Yes, but, the reason they would ". . . get moving", as you put it, is simply to HBP your section at the dirt cheap terms of the leases they acquired in this area. They would gladly throw nickels at you rather than dollars any day of the week!
Just as I was about to ask someone where the well location in 16 was, I saw you question. The following are from
Sec 16
Surface Longitude Surface Latitude
93-54-15.9 31-56-45.6
Sec 9
Surface Longitude Surface Latitude
93-54-15.6 31-56-48.9
I dont know how to read this, but I would think they were VERY close together. Maybe it is one of those double pads that crosses section lines. The permit in Sec 9 was issued in Feb, have they drilled this one?
Gingles, attached are the plots for the two wells in question.

Thanks for the plats. CHK contacted us yesterday and want to drill 4 wells on our property west of these in Section 8.
