Now would be the time to fully develope the infrastructure to deliver gaseous fuels for transportation and use natural gas as a crossover to hydrogen fuel cells for future fuel. This would by us time to develope new electric generation technology to economicaly frac the hydrogen form water and develope the use of catylist delivery systems also. What should concern everyone is once the change is made, not to get complacent, but stay ahead of the developement curve for new enegy resources. My main concern is that until it is big oil's idea and placed on their agenda it won't happen in the way or time frame that we hope.
