Does this include Ellora's acreage?
Also, I have relatives who this week received a letter of intent on acreage in Panola County. The very next day it was pulled by CHK.

My parents were in negotiations with Red River Leasing for $15,000/acre and he had called them yesterday and said that CHK was calling off ALL negotiations and that they had until the end of the day to sign Letter of Intent. My parents were also involved with a neighborhood organization that was dealing with CHK and she called and confirmed that CHK had stopped all talks with them , as well as East 80 Oil & Gas coalition.

Butting getting pissed off ain't gonna help either. Their's nothing you and I can do to change it except hunker down and wait it out. The people will get their wells just not in the time frame they wanted. We can't act like kids who had their candy taken away.
