Do you have a serial # or at least the s-t-r? It will be on their well sign at the entrance to the drilling site.
NO SERIAL # IT WAS ON A SIGN SAYING GRAYSTONE WELL#203.ABOUT2 MILES PAST SOUTH LAKESHORE ON THE LEFT GOING NORTH.
Greystone is the name of the operator, but I am unable to locate the well using your directions. About 2 miles south of lakeshore, on 169, should put you in T17N-R16W-Sec11. When checking that section, Maximus is listed as the operator for the producing well in that section. I did find a recent (Jan '08) permit for Greystone, but it was for alternate wells, south of where you described.

If I am able to find more information, I will post it.
