What is the average royalty one can expect for a 1/4 acre? I mean it can't be much. What is it, like $50 a month per well, or something like that? Does it change depending on how many wells are on the 640 acres? I am wondering if it is worth getting worked up about for such a small bit of money every month. I sure wish I had an acre or two.

Okay, is that twenty dollars/acre or a typo?
