Water water water, Each well needs between 3 to 5 million gallons of water. If you have surface water (big ponds etc..) they'd like access to it. They'll drill deep water wells to supply the pond etc.....This is were you have the upper hand. They'll want to just pay you a small fee up-front. Bump that royalty up BABY! Water Water Water ; )
