Section 27 that is owned by Louisiana State? eg...part of Eagle Nest

Can you believe that the State of Louisiana is stating that they own the mineral rights to part of section 27? What are everyones thoughts on this? I am mad myself! What about a petition?

Airline Drive is Louisiana State Highway 3105, Old Minden Road is Louisiana State Highway 72. There's also a state maintenance yard just off Old Minden Road. Are these what you're concerned about? There's also Interstate Highway 20 to think about.
