Yes, if you own the minerals. I have been leasing under Toledo Bend for about 3 years.
there is 40 acres in converse- there are heirs, but the list is available and everyone is pretty much accounted for- so- let me know what your offer is

Because you are buying elsewhere means you're not an outlaw?
The outlaw is someone that wants to take advantage of you, they will not drill, they will flip the OGML to someone that will and get some of the money that you should have gotten. Why would you say that I am in that boat. All the companies I work for drill and not speculate.
Where can I go to see if surviving heirs have any rights to property that is now under water?
Is property under Toledo Bend?
