Northern Caddo Parish - Who do I need to contact?
I am negotiating on behalf of my cousin.
He has 416 contiguous acres in Section 32 Township 22N Range 15W Caddo Parish.
I have heard XTCO, Castellano and Winchester. Does anyone have their contact information? Also, if there are any other companies active in this area that I did not include feel free to share your knowledge.
