I appreciate your input and knowledge that you bring to this website. I am not trying to start rumors, however, I shared a tidbit with a landowner in N. Caddo. You see it as rumor or fact less claim and that is your own prerogative.
Just because the information is not public does not mean it is untrue. How did Cheasepeake keep their test wells tight-hole?
I do not know any information about you so why would I reveal my contacts? As far as you challenging my creditability, I could not care less what you think about me or my information.
Just take the information for what it is worth. Time will tell if the information is true.

We now have 4288 acres leased in Northern Caddo and 324 in Bossier. We know that Conoco hit a well in Northern Caddo with about 350 feet of pay. However, up until this point the offers have been in the 4-6K an acre range which is not what the land is worth. Cheasapeake has apparently sent landmen in to the area so it is just a matter of time...
