Citizens who want to know if there have been oil and gas industry incidents impacting the environment can go to the Department of Environmental Quality's Web site, www.deq.louisiana.gov. Go to divisions, then enforcement, then to enforcement actions to see quarterly reports by parish. Find the AI (agency interest) number and then go to DEQ's online services, to the Electronic Document Management System, to look at details of an investigation. You'll need to create an account. Then go to document search, key in the AI number and hit run. That will bring up all the documents so far on a particular investigation.
