Does anyone know what is going on in Bowie co. There have been 4 drilling permits near me. Carr Resources is moving in equipment about 1 mile from me. Is this part of the Haynesville shale?

James, the only permit filed in 2010 in Bowie County was by Carr Resources for a 5,000' vertical in the Dalby Springs (Paluxy) or Wildcat Fields. It was later amended to a horizontal profile, still at 5,000', which is too shallow for the Haynesville.

There was a Smackover vertical completed @ 8,700' in September of '09. I doubt that Haynesville Shale will be found in Bowie County but I am not a geologist so that is just my opinion.
