Sue appears to be a lessor under an AIX Energy well who has a problem with the company.  AIX was followed closely for a couple of years by members interested in Claiborne Parish and/or the Brown Dense Play.  They drilled a good number of wells with a focus on the Oaks and Haynesville, East fields.

Sue it is call BANKRUPTCY.

I think Sue is wishing to compare notes with other AIX lessors regarding what to do now that AIX has filed.  There have been past GHS discussion threads about what mineral lessors may need to do to protect their interests.  Doing nothing could be a poor choice.  Best to be prepared while waiting to see what the company will ask the bankruptcy court to do and what the court will approve.

Sue, and others, may wish to read through those earlier discussions.
