An Interesting Unit Application

Read the bold text. Apparently Petrohawk initially filed for this unit, and Chesapeake has come back and said that, based on their survey, they own the majority of the unit (321 acres for Chesapeake vs. 319 for Petrohawk), and they are asking the state to let them have the unit.
