Any Way to Find Out Hearing Results on Sonris?

I was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction to find out the results from a hearing on the following well:

239399 COLBERT LANDS LLC ETAL 16H 002 E165 1843 41 00 016 13N 09W

The hearing notice I received stated that Encana needed to apply for an exemption to produce the well as they had violated the spacing requirements or something along those lines. I believe the hearing was to be held in late May timeframe. Sonris is still showing as Waiting on Completion for the status (for 2 months now). Scout report says basically the same thing, but also has In Test.

Any thoughts/direction are greatly appreciated!

There were two hearing for Bracky Branch field on May 28th, under docket numbers 09-665 & 09-666 (watch out for that one!! its the Devil!!!!)

But seriously, it can take several months for a field order to be issued after a hearing. Follow Bravehearts advice and call if you really need to know.

I didn't see any thing out of the ordinary, but here they are:

Jim, I believe in this case the hearing has just been held, but the order has not yet been issued.

It can take months for the Commisioner to issue a formal field order.
