Anyone want to follow lignite news/info for South Arkansas?

I'm wondering if anyone is interested in following the LIGNITE news and information for South Arkansas?   Maybe this board isn't the appropriate place(??).  Maybe a new group for SOUTH ARKANSAS LIGNITE (??).

The press release suggests they are contemplating some technology to convert the lignite to crude oil.  On an energy basis, its probably a loser, but might be worthwhile if the price  of oil is high enough and the cost of the lignite low enough.
