Bienville Parish lease offer
Anyone else been approached by Teche Exploration for leasing? I have received an offer in the mail for $200 an acre with a 1/5 royalty. I ignored it for a few days and they then called me to up the offer to $250 an acre. We actually have two tracts of land. He approached me on our land (20 acres) in Section 18-T14N-R7W. Our property is off of Punkin Center Road and sides a Natural gas pipeline that has been there forever. Anyone else hearing anything? Skip Peele asked me to share this info with other Bienville Parish landowners. Our land has not been leased in years so this offer came out of left field. Hopefully, its a sign that something may be happening in that part of the Parish!

Ed, your still posting on the main page. I posted this in the Bienville Group for you. It's best to have a discussion running in only one group at a time so that all responses are available in one location. I'll ask Keith to delete this one which will take some time and encourage everyone to make replies in the Bienville Parish Group discussion.
Any member who has mineral rights in the two townships (14N-8W and 14N-7W) can post their section numbers and I will enter them in my master spreadsheet so that I can inform them when there is activity in their immediate vicinity. That can be done in an open forum discussion or on my personal page.

No apology required, Ed. It happens quite often. The parish groups don't get used a lot which is a shame. Sharing information among mineral owners in specific locales can be very helpful. Let's keep replies in that Bienville Group.
