BPX allowed the last four live well permits by BHP to expire (permitted October 2018) and has not applied for a well permit since.  Today an application appeared for the 11/17 Commissioner's docket for spacing 3 HC wells in 14&23 - 16N-12W, Elm Grove Field.  The company will need to follow up approval with the actual well permits to drill but this likely signals that we will see BPX directed rigs in the not too distant future.  Good news if you are a mineral interest in BPX operated units.
