It's blatent that A. McClendon did some very unethical things while Pres. of Chesapeake...and should be relatively easy to prove if a dummy like me realizes it. So, where are the attorneys when something like this warrants a civil law suit against Chesp. We could sit around like the ENRON deal, wait for them to go defunk while the big whigs get away with the funds. We personally have had to scrutinize every check stub and so far have 'corrected' them on several errors (not in or favor of course) over the past 5 years. And still because Chesp sells our gas in HShale to its own company (which I understand is legal !!!), we seem to get lower than norm prices. They manage to twist the numbers quite well. A. McClendon, being the man in charge, controlled or manipulated things such that he made mega & took it with him on the way out. Don't have to dig far to find proof of the legimitacy of it.
