Did anybody see this report in the Tyler newspaper web site:

On a 18/64-inch choke the Clark Well No. 1H potentialed 104.761 million cubic feet of gas. SM Energy completed this well to 19,220 feet. No location was recorded. Production is in the Haynesville Shale.

Is that figure correct?

Do you know anything about the Blue and the Higginbotham wells?

In the first search option (top box) on the Production Query:

http://webapps.rrc.state.tx.us/PR/publicQueriesMainAction.do

Choose District 6 from the drop down list.  Type in the well permit # (698219) because there is not a Lease ID # yet.  Choose "Pending" from the list on the left.  Set the date to some month early enough to pick up all reports.  I use Jan. 2010 as my default search date for new wells if I'm not sure when they completed.  Leave the second date at present (March, 2011).  Hit enter and you should get all the reports pending on Clark #1H.

Thank you so much.  It worked.  One other question.  Where can I go to the the price of gas for the month?

I quit looking because it just depresses me but try this:

I just went to the rrc website to see if any new permits have been made and it won't let me into the system without an id.  Do you know what's  going on?
Jeri, it has been that way since last night. System glitch, probably.
Is there another way to check to see about the wells?
Not at the moment if you want to look at the permit page.  You can look up production and completions, just not permits.

Jeri Lynn, if you want to know about completions use this query:

http://webapps.rrc.state.tx.us/CMPL/publicSearchAction.do?formData....

and just type in the API number of the well (without the hyphen) and hit enter.  If there is a completion report you will get a link to the completion summary for that one well.  Or, if you don't have the API #, you can just select the County from the list and you will get all of the wells with a completion packet in that county.  You can sort the results by clicking on the header of the column you want to sort by, such as "submitted date" or "operator name" or "lease name", which makes it easier to browse the results.

Do you know if Exco drilled the Stedham well in San Augustine County?  They got a permit on 8-20-10. There isn't a completion report filed. Thanks!
Yes, Ma'am.  It finished drilling about Christmas but it has not been reported yet.
