I am being vague to protect my sources. On a side note I believe that the higher gas prices and new fiscal years will bring higher lease offers. Does anyone know when the major players in the gas business "fiscal year" starts?

Found out today that the payment was made on dec 31. $5000.00 22.5%

That $5K/Acre was for the San Augustine Co, not the Sabine property, correct?

Good. Maybe that is an indication that the Encana Black Stone well is going to be a good one.
