According to the maps and charts Skip and Les posted there have been four sections where operators are applying to form units. One of them will have to tell you which sections are involved.

D. Henry. Look in the discussion topic, "Snap Shot of the Play" on the main page. The map is in the discussion introduction and Les's chart is on the last or second to last page.
