Does anyone have any Information ?

I have mineral rights in the Willis Survey, Abstract #44,  Sabine County,Tx & William Roberts Survey, Abstract # 39 in San Augustine County.

Can anyone tell me about this area ? Lease coming up for renewal and I'm either releasing it or maybe selling it. What would be a good lease price and would should I get per acre if I sell it?
