Goodrich let my mineral lease in Etoile, expire last year.  Prior to the downplay, they had leased 7 acres in addition to my regular lease, to put in a well.  Do you think another company might be Interested?

Short answer: Right now, probably not. 

I believe Goodrich is struggling financially.  Stock plummeted 3-5 months ago. They have us HBP.  We have 2 wells in DeSoto Parish.  1 of the wells has had issues and hasn't produced in 6 months now.  They told us they have no plans to get it going again until prices rise.  Tough market I guess.
