Gas line information

How do I plug into a category dealing with pipelines? As an owner I want to find out as much as I can about leasing my land to a pipe line company to run a pipe line through it. I want to know the current rate per rod that is being paid by the pipe line companies to land owners, what to look out for in the lease, and just overall general information about this subject.
