Goodrich Bankruptcy Notification

Recently recently received Chapter 11 notification papers from Goodrich who is currently the operator for our 2 Haynesville wells.  There are a couple of pages that looks like maybe I/we need to fill some things out and send back somewhere?  Anyone help me with this?

They didn't pay us for April. Sent out a letter stating the judge we would need to sign off on paying royalty owners.

So that's what the papers are along with the Chapter 11 notification?  We need to send those back to keep receiving our royalties during arbitration or whatever you call it?

Leases may not be executory contracts in bankruptcy. How large is you lease?

2 wells.  Rights to about 1,000 acres I believe.
